WEB GUIDING AND WEB EXPANDING

Are essential to process of sheet materials such as film, paper, rubber sheet, artifical leather, non woven and cloth. We propose various know-how in the field of guiding, expanding and related measuring device based on new conception.

WEBSTAR

Webstar correncts the zig-zag movement of the web by moving the slats around the roll to right and left. It can be simply installed at the corner of process line for space saving and tension adjustment on the web is possible by means of synchronization with main body. And a webstar equipped with DC Brushless motor is also available.

This is a webstar which has expanding function. Web guiding and expanding abilites can be obtained at a time.

ELECTRIC CYLINDER

Electric cylinder is combined with DC motor, ball screw and limit switch which operates winder/rewinder for position control of the web. A variety of thrust ranges can be selected according to cart weight. And a cylinder equipped with AC servo motor is also available.

ROLL GUIDER

The zig-zag movement can be corrected by changing angle of rolls. End-pivot type and center-pivot type are prepared. Two types of power supply can be selected (electric type or pnenmatic type) according to applicatiion. And it can be used for endless belt on conveyor machine besides film, paper, non-woven and cloth.

End-pivot type

This type has a wide applicatiion for variety of webs.

Center-pivot type

Due to smaller differences in tension on the web ends, this type is suitable to the web whose material will produce permanent strain or web which is easy to break.

Single roll type

This type is one-point pivot operation by swinging a single roll.

WEBSTAR MARK II

Webstar Mark II is an integrated assembly of webstar and screw rolls having functions of web expansion, selvage opening and web guiding. It can be installed at the corner or process line for space saving.

TEXTAR

Textar is an integrated assembly of roll guider and screw rolls having functions of web expansion, salvage opening and web guiding.It also can be used for high-speed running or hard conditions where water and chemicals are pressent.

PINCH EXPANDER

A pair of rolls is positioned at each edge of the web so that it spreads out the wrinkles or web by changing the angle of rolls.

TK EXPANDER

The roller consists of 8 slatted bars (or rubbers) around the roll moving each side to spreas out the wrinkles. A smaller diameter type or expanding amount adjustable type are also prepared. A variety or rollers are available according to web materials or applications.

TK SCREW ROLLER

Stainless-steel (SUS 304) fin coils itself around the roller and spreads out the wrinkles of web by driving the roller. A single-unit type in combination with roller and motor is also available. (Model : SRU) Suitable for cloth.

FS ROLLER

The roller is snapped as closer cut grooves and an increased angle for superior helical action. Suitable for thin web.

CURVED EXPANDER

The bow shaped roller has a different length at inside and outside which spreads out the wrinkless of web.

EXPANDER

Expander is to spread out the wrinkles of running web. A varieth of expanders are available according to web materials or applications.

CLOTH GUIDER

A pair of rolls is positioned at each edge of the web so that it turns between them. Electric type and pneumatic type are prepared and a variety of cloth guiders are available according to ambient conditions or applications.

KNIT GUIDER

Knit guider is designed for knitted materials whose selvage tends to curl such as tricots and jerseys.

ADJUSTING BRIDGE

Adjusting bridge is used to mount the cloth guider and knit guider. The support-end handles adjust the positiong of the guider to right and left.

STENTER GUIDER SYSTEM

The stenter guider system controls the position for stenter rails by consisting of sensor, motor, controller, and ball screw. A single-unit type in combination with motor and ball screw is also available. (Model : DU-350)

The selvage uncurler uncurls the selvage of a fabric by means of theree (or two) rotaring spindless. Two looped belt type is also available.

OVER-FEED TENSIONER

The over-feed tensioner is used when stenter pinning is made through over-feed fabric.

WIDTH MONITORING SYSTEM

The width of the web can be measured by means of CCD camera or photoelectronic transmission sensor. (PCWD)

DETWISTER

Detwister provides stable detwisting perfoermance by sensing twisting direction and width of the web. It helps to increase web running speed in combination with TK centering guiders such as Texter, Webstar Mark II.

LENGTH MEASURING SYSTEM

This device processes various kinds of data on the measured web length, and responds to monitoring control and automation of the measuring control. The web length is provided by roller encoder and the seam is detected by the seam detector.

RING GUIDER

Ring guider expands the running tublar fabrics without giving damaes to them.

AIR SHAFT

Air shaft can be used on winder/rewinder/silter machines, etc. A variety of many models are available according to machine specifications.

METAL DETECTOR

Iron pieces adultarating in the web can be detected. Portable type and stationary type are available.

SEAM DETECTOR

The device detects seams of the web for counting purposes or for control of associated equipment. This permits a higher degree of automation and labor saving. Photoelectric transmission type and capacitive type are available.
